A little Backstory
Here's where people get confused...
The company used to be called Infusionsoft. They basically invented SMA software (sales & marketing automation).
Does the word Infusionsoft strike fear in your heart? 
You wouldn't be alone, it does for many entrepreneurs.
Maybe you've heard of it... but it seems to be wrapped in a shroud of mystery. You feel like probably the big marketing gurus out there use it (they do), but you have the impression that it's complicated, difficult to use, and only for big businesses.
Well... you wouldn't be entirely wrong. Which is why they changed it.
The company felt like it was getting away from who it was meant to serve... growth-minded, entrepreneurial small businesses.
That's me! And probably you! It's a perfect match for my coaches, consultants, course creators, & trailblazers.
They set out to reinvent the software to be intuitive and much easier to use… but still just as powerful.
And so Keap was born. And in my opinion - they nailed it.
I think it went from Infusionsoft being one of the most complicated, to now Keap being one of the easiest to use. And new features are being added all the time.
So... Is this an all-in-one platform?
Some people think Keap is an all-in-one. I can see why— it can do so.freaking.much.
But I wouldn't call it that. And they don’t call themselves that, either.
For example, they aren't trying to add websites, a course platform, or memberships... there are amazing companies already doing that, which integrate beautifully with Keap (AccessAlly, CustomerHub, and Thrivecart Learn+ are a few of my faves).
You see… the problem with all-in-ones is that they usually do one thing really really well... and everything else is just “'meh”. (Kajabi, Kartra, and Clickfunnels come to mind).
By staying hyper-focused on their mission and what they're BEST at, Keap is not doing that. Which makes me so so happy.
I think it’s important to keep your 3 main digital assets separate - your CRM, your website, and your course platform - just in case you encounter a problem (*gasp, I know - but it can happen)

KEAP MAX
For established businesses that need a CRM system with extra features. When your business grows and you are ready for more... no need to change platforms. You can just upgrade and keep growing.
Keap Max has more reports, multi-step landing pages, and checkouts with coupon codes and order bumps.
KEAP ULTIMATE
This is Infusionsoft with a new name and some fresh updates.
It's suuuper powerful and has an uber-loyal following. Keap won't leave those people hanging... they are continuing to update and improve it. So if you love Infusionsoft... it's not going anywhere.
